Generally larger flute profiles deliver greater vertical compression strength and cushioning while smaller flute profiles provide enhanced structural and graphics capabilities for primary (retails) packaging.
Single-walled corrugated board is the most common type of base material for cartons which consists of two outer liners and a middle layer sandwiched between two outer liners.

A Flute corrugated boards favour compression and cushioning protection while simultaneously providing good stacking strength. It is great for packaging and insulating fragile items, and is most commonly used to provide structural strength in boxes to protect shipments in transit.
B Flute corrugated boards on the other hand is designed for crush and puncture protection. This type of board is commonly used for inner packaging components such as pads and partitions.
C Flute corrugated board is a reasonable all-rounder with reasonable compression properties, crush resistance and offers good printing surface. It’s overall qualities makes it a favourable protective packaging option for higher density goods that are also fragile such as glass, furniture, food etc.
E Flute corrugated board’s rigid yet relatively thin features provides a lightweight packaging option without sacrificing on protection. With added versatility for printing options, it is the ideal option for inner packaging especially for consumer goods such as pizza boxes, ballot boxes, glass, ceramics, and cosmetics.
F Flute corrugated board takes up less space, reducing storage and transportation costs. It provides an exceptionally smooth surface, making it ideal for high-quality printing. It is popular for small consumer goods and electronic items, providing an attractive and protective package.
On top of single-walled carton packaging, we are also able to produce double and triple-walled corrugated sheet boards and cartons which are more commonly required where extra high rigidity for best protection of sensitive goods.
